Black History Inventors / Black History People – African American Timeline

In  this day and time Black  History  inventions and  inventors are often overlooked .   In  this article / Blog  . Soultic Magazine travels  through our  African  American  Timeline to  put  the  spotlight  of  Black  History  on  one  of  the  most  renown  Black  History  Inventors  of  all  time . 

 This  famous  Black  History  Inventor   is  Dr George  Washington  Carver.  History  records  that  in  alot  of  ways  Dr.  George  Washington  Carver  single  handedly revolutionized  southern  agriculture .  Dr  George  Washington  Carver became to be  known  as  a  humanitarian ,  scientist , administrator  and  teacher . 

 History  records  that  Dr George  Washington  Carver  had  a  small  lab  on  the  campus  of the  Tuskegee  Institute  and  from  there  many  of  his  products  and  discoveries  where born .  One  of  Dr  Carver’s  most  famous  inventions  was the peanut .

  Dr  Carver  extracted  plastics ,  synthetic  rubber ,  linoleum ,  rubbing  oil ,  shaving  cream ,  ink,  paper,  metal  polish  wood filler ,  tan  remover ,  bleach ,  meal,  instant  and  dry  coffee.  History  notes  that  Dr Carver invented  500 different  shades  of  dye  to replace  aniline  dyes  that where  then  imported  from  Germany . 

 This  work  was  said  to have  attracted  the  attention  of the  United  States  government  !!  To  add  to this  long  list  of  inventions /  discoveries  there  is  also  his  form  of  a universal  scouring  powder,  and  from  the clays  of  Alabama  a  talcum  powder.  SoulTic  Magazine  salutes  Dr  George  Washington  Carver  for being a  Black  History Inventor  that  byway of   his  inventions / discoveries  has  made  life  better  for  the human  race.
